A dog's nose is always cold and wet, why?

A healthy dog's nose is always cold and soaked. The dog doesn't sweat. They keep their mouths open to keep their body cold and sweat comes out of their tongue. Scientists believe that because dogs do not sweat, their nose gets cold and soaked to keep them cold.

There is another reason why a dog's nose is cold and wet - the dog's tongue is constantly touching the nose. Because the dog's nose is too long, the tongue easily touches the nose. The dog is constantly touching its nose with its tongue. They probably do this to keep the body cool.

Even after eating something, the dog keeps touching his nose to keep his nose clean. The dog's cold and soaked nose is also explained by his art of living. A dog's aroma is also strong. One of the reasons for this is his soaked nose.

Smells are easily absorbed into the soaked nose and dogs can easily smell them. Despite these various arguments, there is still a difference of opinion among scientists as to what is the main purpose of a dog's cold and soaked nose.
