Flatulence is the state of the health where the body feels the uncomfortable conditions in the stomach having the gas in it or the abdominal distension. 

There have been hearing that my stomach is bloated and I feel uncomfortable after eating. We also sometimes have stomach upset and numbness when there is a mess in our food. The problem with such bloating is air. There are a variety of stomach problems that are more than necessary. It is related to the digestive process. When the diet is disturbed in the stomach, our digestive system also begins to be disturbed. Some people get diarrhea when they eat too much.

Causes and Reasons

The main reasons or the causes of the Flatulence is incomplete in the digestions. Whenever the persons eat or drink, they also have the exogenous air with it which increases the swallowing during the times of salvations.

Eating irregularly, eating tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, eating too much sour, fatty, insomnia, not eating on time, not sleeping on time, drinking less water, not working hard, suffering from mental stress anxiety, eating overcooked food, not eating salad, Excessive consumption of lentils, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, nuts, eating outdoors, noodles, momos, biscuits, restaurant food, lack of proper direction, etc. that increases the flatulence.

Symptoms

Flatus can be a sign of a health disorder. Some of the symptoms that cause flatus are: 
Belching, foot cramps, abdominal discomfort, heartburn, abdominal disturbance, back pain, light belching, difficulty sleeping, increased heart rate, loss of appetite, lethargy or fatigue, abdominal, chest burning, chest pain, etc. If you have symptoms such as pain, etc., the stomach may be swollen. It should be treated immediately.

Treatments

Some of the treatments are given as:-

Eating digestible, simple natural digestible food, garlic hing is beneficial. Eat green vegetables, eat raw salad. Radish, Cucumber, Fenugreek, Ginger, Lemon, Spinach, Amla, Coriander, Eat a lot, Jwano, Birenun Light Eat, Physical Exercise, Get to bed early in the evening, Get up early in the morning, Fast one day a week, drink 2 glasses of warm water as soon as you get up in the morning, Ghuyukumari ( aloe vera ) juice is also eaten that benefits the stomach digestions.

Avoiding


- Do not eat stale, spicy foods, potatoes, corn, gram, rhubarb, beans, lentils, rice.

- Do not consume tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco.
    
- Swallow food well.

- Not sleeping during the day, not working immediately after eating.

- naturalistic things like toilet, urine, fart, belching, nausea, high vomiting, thirst, hunger, sleep, etc. do not stop.
