Ulcer

Treatment of Ulcer


-Food is lightly digestible and eat some food in 2-3 hours.

- Apples, bananas, cucumbers, carrots, and radishes are beneficial.
- Food should be eaten in comfortable and food should be chewed well.
- Rejoice, do yoga, pranayama, meditate, remove stress, anxiety, jealousy, anger.
- If there is pain around, if it starts to burn, drink water immediately, and some good foods like fruits, essential biscuits can be eaten depending on the condition.

Avoiding during Ulcer


- Don't eat tea, oily, and, fried foods.
- Alcohol, cigarettes, alcohol, etc. should be stopped immediately.
- Do not eat too much at once, do not eat hot and cold things, do not eat in a hurry, do not eat sour, flour things, do not take fast too much, or do not sit on an empty stomach for a long time.
- Relieve mental anxiety, stress, insomnia, or not staying up late at night.
- Do not take painkillers on an empty stomach or for a long time.
- Avoid sleeping during the day.
- Do not take the instant food of the market.
- Black or red tea is also not good for ulcers.
- Fresh Vagshav, Ghuyukumari, Gourd juice is beneficial.
